Case Management Program at Atos Medical

Atos Medical proudly introduces a new Case Management program that provides comprehensive support for laryngectomy patients. The Case Management Team consists of Clinician Navigators and Client Navigators committed to increasing 'Awareness, Advocacy, Access, and Adherence' for all. The roles of the Clinical and Client Navigators include disseminating clinical, educational, and product information and providing guidance to help facilitate access to necessary products and break down barriers for healthcare professionals and patients. The Case Management Team brings years of collective experience and clinical expertise to provide support, guidance, and assistance through this novel programmatic approach.

The Atos Medical Case Management Program focuses on providing comprehensive support that is tailored to each patient's unique needs. The team's unwavering focus on the patient is evident in their efforts to streamline the process of obtaining necessary products, finding solutions to improve access and adherence to essential prescribed products, and enhancing patients' quality of life. The team's commitment to the patient is further demonstrated in their focus on helping laryngectomy patients access essential supplies by identifying coverage gaps and addressing barriers. Additionally, the Case Management Team is dedicated to tackling prevalent challenges within the healthcare landscape, such as navigating complex insurance benefits and understanding product usage information, all with the patient's best interests at heart.
